The e-tailer meets the detailers i.e. us. Urban Ladder had its sale coming up for Holi and a big one at that. A whopping ‘up to 65% off’. The client had a unique name for it too – Colour Crush Sale. ‘Twas the time to crush
The Colour Crush Sale’s proposition being so exciting (up to 70% off) needed communication which multiplied the excitement manifold. A video would do just fine, we thought.
A video would do just fine, we thought. But any other plane-jane cookie cutter, run off the mill video would do? We thought again. Our team came up with a unique concept: a sale so good that you’ll forget about your…kids? We created a storyboard to bring this quirky insight to life and imagined a 20-sec video.
The next part was illustrating the characters, an adorable family of four, 3d modelling and adding live-action animation to the characters (let’s call them chintu, mintu, alpana & ajay).
